Check Point is a shallow reef dive site at Kapalai, popular as a check dive and for relaxed exploration. Typically dived between 5–18 m, it features coral bommies, sandy seabed, and scattered artificial structures that support abundant marine life. Divers can spot turtles, frogfish, scorpionfish, pipefish, nudibranchs, octopus, and schools of reef fish, making it an excellent site for macro photography and divers of all experience levels.
