Overview

The Cathedral is a famous dive site at Thetford Reef in the Great Barrier Reef, roughly 45 km off the coast of Cairns. It gets its name from a large, hollow coral structure that features natural swim-throughs and tunnels. When the sun shines, light beams pour through holes in the roof.
