Overview

The Kudhimaa Wreck is an intact, 52-meter steel cargo ship intentionally sunk in 1999 in the South Ari Atoll. Resting upright on a sandy bottom at 12 to 30 meters, it features open cargo holds for safe swim-throughs and is completely covered in vibrant corals. It is famous for hosting giant frogfish, lionfish, sleeping nurse sharks, and schools of batfish, making it an excellent dive for intermediate divers.
