Overview
The Lounge is a relaxed reef dive on the Belize Barrier Reef near Ambergris Caye, known for healthy coral formations, sandy patches, and abundant Caribbean reef life. The site is ideal for easy multilevel profiles, with depths typically ranging from 12–18 m (40–60 ft) and generally mild currents. Divers commonly encounter moray eels, southern stingrays, lobsters, conch, snappers, and the occasional hawksbill turtle, making it a popular second dive of the day.
