Overview
Daedalus Reef is a remote, isolated reef over 80km offshore from Marsa Alam, marked by a historic lighthouse. It is famous for steep walls, strong currents, and big pelagic action including hammerhead sharks, thresher sharks, and manta rays. The reef is covered in pristine hard and soft corals. Due to currents and remote nature, it is a liveaboard-only destination for experienced divers.
