Overview
Red Slave is one of Bonaire’s most picturesque dive sites, located beside the island’s historic red slave huts and vast salt flats. Beneath the surface, divers find a healthy sloping reef covered in hard and soft corals, large barrel sponges, and abundant reef life. The site is known for its excellent visibility.

Marine life: Seahorses, southern stingrays, turtles, eagle rays, and tarpon.
Safety: Shore access can be difficult in surge or wavy conditions. Be aware of the tide as this spot can have strong current during full and black moon.
