Obyan Beach is one of the most famous and beautiful shore dive sites in Saipan, located on the island's southern coast. It is celebrated for its breathtaking underwater visibility, expansive fields of white sand, and vibrant colonies of garden eels.
Safety: Shore access. Be careful of the lava, it is difficult to walk on.
